The hotel management and some of the receptionists are extremely rude, and they do not communicate properly about policies and charges, making guests feel unwelcome.

During Christmas, I stayed in this hotel and it offered good cleanliness and attentive staff. The hotel room was spacious with a restaurant on-site. its prime location puts you in close proximity to a night market and a big supermarket just across the road.

Some aspects of the hotel weren't satisfactory. The hotel manager and one female receptionist displayed rude behaviour and we were charged an incorrect amount.
